Intimate lovely family run hotel in amazing and particularly good location yards in the quiet northern lake town of Gravedona from the lake. Located in the middle of the city. And near to restaurants, bars, the waterfront of lake Komo, and restaurants and lake ferry.

Excellant stuff and savoury and healthy breakfast with variety of options. Lovely and magnificent location to go in the area.

Fine lake views greeted me every morning from my Junior Suite. The outdoor pool area was beautifully landscaped. Breakfast featured a good variety of fresh pastries, fruits, and cold cuts, though replenishment could be inconsistent, especially if you didn't arrive early. Each room was clean and well-maintained, with modern decor. The hotel's location near the lake made it easy to stroll along the water's edge. I appreciated the family's warm hospitality, yet I found the lack of transportation assistance challenging, especially when the only nearby taxi was not readily available. The absence of dinner options on-site was disappointing, but the local restaurants offered authentic cuisine, if you were willing to walk a bit. I loved the ambiance, but more dining choices and clearer breakfast timings would enhance the stay significantly.

We found the breakfast timing of 8:15 am a bit late, as we are early risers who prefer to start our day sooner.

Tullio offers amazing views of Lake Como from every room, and the beautiful pool area is a perfect spot for relaxation during work breaks. The breakfast is abundant and varied, with fresh fruits and delicious pastries, ensuring a great start to each day. The location provides direct access to trails and the lake.

This family-run hotel stole my heart with its warm atmosphere and personalized service! I loved the spacious family room with fine lake views and direct access to the pool area. The breakfast buffet was a feast of fresh pastries and local treats that started each day on a delicious note!

Great breakfast options

Great breakfast buffet and the staff were so friendly. Plus, the hotel had a lovely back garden and a big swimming pool overlooking the lake.

the waterfront rooms were a highlight of my stay, providing amazing views of Lake Como, made every morning special, and I loved how close the hotel was to the Centro Storico, allowing me to walk easily to explore the quaint streets and local cafes.

We enjoyed a lovely stay with our three teenagers. The hotel had fine views of Lake Como and a fun atmosphere. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and we loved that Giovanni was kind enough to offer us rides when taxis were hard to find.

My kids wished there were more dining options on-site.

The breakfast spread was fresh and plentiful, and we loved unwinding by the pool with a great atmosphere all around. Just a heads-up , the shower may splash a bit, so you might want to keep that in mind 😊
